Mimi received a promotion to NCC Unit Coordinator and started her new job last week. Mimi is the clinical charge nurse and she assesses for quality and safety through patient metrics. She is responsible for performing general administrative duties in the patient care areas. Mimi interacts with patients, families, and physicians and acts as a liaison among members of the healthcare team, patients, and families.

We love that she works during the work week and is not mandated to work weekends or holidays.
